What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with academic teams to design, improve, and implement effective learning programs and materials.
Support teachers and students by providing academic guidance, curriculum consultation, and learning strategies.
Monitor student progress, analyze academic performance data, and propose action plans for improvement.
Organize and lead academic workshops, enrichment programs, and training sessions for teachers and staff.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure academic programs are well-aligned with institutional goals and standards.
Contribute ideas to continuously enhance the quality of teaching and learning at our institution.
