Academic Manager

ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITY
- Recruit, train and manage subordinates

- Ensure high teaching quality of all teachers, TAs and students's learning outcome at center

- Manage day-to-day operation of the program at center

- Develop procedures and ensure the consistence

- implement the standard procedures at center

- Ensure high percentage of student's retention
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Present the program to parents in the Discoverry Class

- Organize activities for students: field trips, graduation ceremony and other events to promote the program

- Handle and settle all feedbacks and comments

- Coordinate with sales and marketing team to meet sales target of the company and to increase entrollment for the program

- Commit to meet up target KPI set by the company

- Build up team culture in revelant to company's direction

- Fulfil other tasks assigned by line manager

Job requirements
- Qualified teacher

- BA Degree/ BA Degree (Hons) or Master Degree with major in English/ educational management or business administration

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Proficiency in budgeting (use of Excel fomulas)

- Business plan or marketing plan forecast

- Technology skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point) Basic knowledge of design software also useful

- Proactiveness, creativity, truthfullness and high respondsibility

- Office, interpersonal and managerial skills

- Experience to work with TAs and teachers

- 3-5 years experience in education
