3D Designer – Stage & Event Design

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptualizing & Designing Stage & Event Spaces

• Develop 3D concepts for event stages, booths, and experiential zones, ensuring artistic, technical, and practical feasibility.
• Design layout plans, audience flow, and seating arrangements for events.
• Collaborate with the lighting and technical teams to integrate designs into real-world applications.

3D Visualization & Rendering

• Create 3D models from sketches and develop high-quality visualizations.
• Render photorealistic perspectives to enhance presentations.
• Prepare technical drawings for production and ensure compatibility with execution teams.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the Production and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain design integrity in production.
• Participate in on-site supervision to ensure designs are accurately implemented.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Preference for graduates from University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City or related fields such as Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Arts.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in stage, event, or exhibition 3D design.
• Experience in Esports, concerts, or large-scale events is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, AutoCAD.
• Strong skills in rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, Redshift.
• Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator for presentation enhancements.
• Solid understanding of lighting, stage composition, and visual impact.
• Knowledge of materials and structural design for event production.

• Creative, dynamic, and open to innovation in stage design.
• Passion for Esports and gaming culture is a big plus.
• Practical mindset – designs must not only look good but also be executable.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when required.
