2020 Internship - Product & Design (H1)

About the team:

The Product & Design team follows a simple philosophy: our design must be well thought through, our products must be useful and delight our customers all while enhancing their lives. Our humble user experience practitioners come from different parts of the world and have different backgrounds, such as engineering, content strategy, industrial design, architecture, psychiatry, printing etc. We believe diversity enables innovation.

We have exciting internship opportunities available in several teams, including GrabFinancial, Product, GrabAds, Engineering, Corporate, GrabFood, Transport, Insights & Growth.

Requirements:

• Full-time students majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Design or other related fields seeking a matriculated internship
• You are enrolled in a Singapore university, or a Singaporean/PR studying abroad
• Be able to commit full-time from January to June 2020, for a minimum of 20 weeks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and people skills
• Experience (or deep interest) in Product Design, UI/UX Design, and Startups
• Familiar with software (SQL, R and Python)
• Basic competency in Google Docs, Google Slides and Excel is a must

We require our interns in Singapore to be covered under the Employment Act (EA) and Work Injury Compensation (WICA) act. As such, our internship opportunities are limited to students of any nationality studying in Singapore, and Singaporean/PR studying in any location.
