Responsibility
A) Accounting & bookkeeping
• Record daily accounting transactions in the accounting system in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company regulations.
• Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL).
• Check and control invoices, contracts, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment dossiers and follow up payment schedules.
B) Financial reporting & closing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile accounting data, bank statements, and internal records.
• Assist in budget monitoring and expense control.
C) Tax & compliance
• Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT if any) in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and consultants during tax audits or inspections.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and statutory requirements.
D) Coordination & support
• Work closely with other departments (HR, Leasing, Operations, Administration, etc.) on accounting-related matters
• Support internal and external audits.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
・Gender: Any
・Age: Preferably under 35 years old
・Language: English at Business level
・Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of general accounting and finance specialist,
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Japanese is an advantage
- Experience in real estate, retail, shopping mall, or service companies is an advantage
