Responsibility
In charge of developing new products and improving the quality of existing products in cooperation with affiliates:
• Hearing market demand from a technical point of view
• Address market potential and make a proposal for improvement/development with biz impact
• Working with the supplier to create a quality standard and prototype/test
• Work internally to launch new items
• Other tasks assigned by managers

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience in the factory automation field
• Good at communication with customers and making reports with data filtering & logical thinking
• Customer-oriented and business-minded
