Responsibility
<Position Objective/Expectation>
This position will be in charge of supporting the company's distributors, building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, creating our tenders, representing our brand during events, customer visits, as well as much more
<Job Responsibilities>
・Act as the first point of contact for all business-related tasks related to the distributor business throughout Vietnam
・Establish relationships and/or collaborations with newly appointed distributors as well as with existing and/or prospect customers (including customer decision makers and those with influence)
・ Organize appointments and meetings routinely to cultivate positive distributor and customer rapport so that they can advocate for the company's products (lab)
・ Assist in the development, renewal, and (re-) negotiation of new and current distribution contracts/agreements and current distribution contracts/agreements
・ Actively follow tender publications and assist in the analysis of technical and economic requests as well as in the formulation of winning tender strategies
・ Monitor the tender environment and work with the rest of the team to create successful tailor-made tender strategies
・ Assist in negotiating the conditions for placing the company's products on the market. The conditions include, but are not limited to, prices, quantity, and payment terms
・ Attend and co-organize exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
・ Identify potential of new business opportunities
・Perform duties assigned or accepted as out of the guidelines
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
・Gender: Any
・Age: Any
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Have 2 years of experience in distributor support and/or tender support in the clinical diagnostics market
- Sales or Marketing Experience in the IVD field
<Preferred Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's degree or above in biotechnology, life science or related descipline
・Experience in hospital or clinical laboratory markets demonstrated success is an advantage
・Japanese language ability is a plus
