<Position Objective/Expectation>
• Manage halal registration process, including preparing documents, document audit, and site audit.
• Comply with halal standards to keep halal certificates.
• Lead the halal management team as a leader.
• Ensure effective communication with the halal association.
• Ensure effective and active communication with the Japanese manager.

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Halal Registration:
• Communicate with the Halal association, create documents, and get audited.
• Improve the halal registration process for efficiency.
2. Comply with Halal Standards:
• Report to the halal association at the time of changes of ingredients, machines, processes, etc.
• Make sure our products certified by the Halal Association are under halal standards.
3. Lead Halal Management Team:
• Create documents for halal management required by the halal association.
• Take care of the daily activities in the halal management team according to halal association requirements.
4. Reporting to the Japanese Manager:
• Report the registration and audit process to the manager.
• Report the results of communication with the halal association to the manager.
• Report the results of halal management activities to the manager.
5. Training for Indonesia Halal:
• Attend a suitable training to maintain Indonesia's halal.
6. Conduct daily activities at Quality Control:
• Conduct daily activities at quality control as QC staff

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related.
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Halal certificate process/ Halal Quality Assurance/ Halal Production in food.
+ Proven experience/knowledge of production supervision or production management roles required
