<Job Responsibilities>
1. Daily Tasks
- Report numbers to your supervisor (as required): daily cash flow, accounts receivable balance, cost of goods sold, and expenses.
- Planning: cash flow, payment schedules to suppliers, and planning for samples and incoming goods.
- Verify and sign off on payment requests, domestic/international procurement and import/export-related expenses, other accounting vouchers, product registration documents, contracts, and customer information approvals.
- Prepare monthly reports, consolidated reports, and monthly tax declarations.
- Check timesheets and payroll calculations from the HR department and submit them for payroll approval from the supervisor.
- Verify daily journal entries made by accounting staff.
- Manage access rights for various reports shared on Google Drive.

2. As-needed or Contingency Tasks
- Arrange and train new employees for the Accounting, Import/Export, and Production departments.
- Hold inter-departmental meetings to solve problems such as debt collection (including bad debts), sales and procurement planning, and handling near-expired inventory.
- Coordinate accounting department activities in preparation for regular audits and tax finalization.
- Liaise with various auditing and inspection bodies such as health authorities, police, market management authorities, urban environment departments, and customers (supermarkets, factories, Horeca chains, foreign suppliers).
- Conduct document screening and interviews for other departments as needed.
- Handle complaints from employees in other departments.
- Collaborate with the HR department to plan and select venues for company events such as company trips and year-end parties.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English - Business Level - TOEIC 700 / IELTS 6.0 equivalent or above.
・Experience: 
- Over 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
- Management experience (minimum 3 years), with the ability to lead and manage a team of at least 5 subordinates.

・Other 
- A strong curiosity to take on new challenges.
- A mindset focused on business restructuring and improvement.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in the wholesale industry (including food) or logistics is a strong plus.
・Prior experience at an auditing firm or accounting office is an advantage.
