<Job Responsibilities>
Lead and manage a multi-functional marketing team, driving initiatives across product, solutions, and communications to achieve business objectives.
Oversee all marketing activities, from market analysis and new product/service launches to lead generation and brand management. Report on performance to senior company leadership.
Develop and execute marketing strategies by analyzing market requirements and identifying new opportunities to meet and exceed business goals.
Create and manage the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
Liaise with global/corporate marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and share best practices.
Foster strong internal communication to keep all business units aligned with marketing objectives.
Lead talent management within the marketing department, including hiring and team development.
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team that is commercially astute, dedicated, and efficient.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Business). An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
Language: Fluent in English (with excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills).
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong background in the B2B sector.
Experience managing a team within a large-scale or complex organizational structure.
Possesses expertise in market segmentation, targeting, and strategic planning.
Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to lead change in a dynamic environment.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Highly organized, with excellent time management and analytical skills.
Able to make critical decisions and thrive under pressure.
Possesses strong business acumen and leadership qualities.
PC skills: Proficient in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
