<Job Responsibilities>

• Lead and manage a multi-functional marketing team, driving initiatives across product, solutions, and communications to achieve business objectives.

• Oversee all marketing activities, from market analysis and new product/service launches to lead generation and brand management. Report on performance to senior company leadership.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies by analyzing market requirements and identifying new opportunities to meet and exceed business goals.

• Create and manage the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy.

• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.

• Liaise with global/corporate marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and share best practices.

• Foster strong internal communication to keep all business units aligned with marketing objectives.

• Lead talent management within the marketing department, including hiring and team development.

• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team that is commercially astute, dedicated, and efficient.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Business). An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.

• Language: Fluent in English (with excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills).

• Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong background in the B2B sector.

  • Experience managing a team within a large-scale or complex organizational structure.

• Possesses expertise in market segmentation, targeting, and strategic planning.

• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to lead change in a dynamic environment.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Highly organized, with excellent time management and analytical skills.

• Able to make critical decisions and thrive under pressure.

• Possesses strong business acumen and leadership qualities.

• PC skills: Proficient in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
