122643 - Sample Shoes Development Leader - Footwear

- Work Location: Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Main Responsibilities
- Manage the entire development process for athletic footwear, from the initial prototype stage to successful handover for stable mass production.
- Ensure developed samples fully meet requirements for aesthetics, material quality, sample progress, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Proactively identify, predict, and promptly resolve potential quality or operational issues.
- Thoroughly review design blueprints and prototypes, detect issues early, and initiate and coordinate inter-departmental solutions until completion.

2. Communication & Interaction
- Directly work with clients in English: email, technical discussions, and product development requirements.
- Participate in development meetings and online meetings with clients, ensuring clear and effective professional discussions.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: At least 7 years of experience in footwear development, specifically in sports shoes
・Skills: Strong skills in project schedule management, team coordination, and flexible problem-solving.
・Work Style: Meticulous, proactive, and able to handle high work pressure.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Candidates with direct experience working with international clients are preferred.
