- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～20,000,000VND

Responsibility

1. Sales & Marketing Support:

- Support sales activities through customer follow-up, performance analysis, and regular visits; support customers to achieve the target of sales volume.

- Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve market conflicts, and manage promotions and budgets

- Prepare price reviews, quotations, and contracts; coordinate technical support and handle customer issues.

- Execute and report on sales promotion programs.

2. Sales Planning

- Collect customer needs, develop new products, and manage FCs/POs with accurate forecasting.

- Monitor inventory, import plans, and coordinate delivery priorities with logistics and factory teams.

- Control payment risks, process sales contracts, and manage events, training, and exhibitions.

- Track production and label updates, prepare inventory and sales reports, and handle promotion program registration.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or relevant fields.
・Language: English - Business level (Able to read, analyze general business documents, and write business correspondence and procedure manuals in Vietnamese and English)
・Experience:
- Have 2~3 years of experience in sales tasks, sales planning, sales admin, sales support, or order management of visible products.
- Having experience in working with suppliers
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working experience in chemicals
