<Duties and Responsibilities>
* Sales-related activities:
1. Prepare Technical/Management Presentations
2. Manage Operations and Customer Relationship
3. Collect and interpret data.
4. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Take minutes during meetings.
6. Assist sales admin activities
* Admin & finance-related activities:
7. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute to right contact.
8. Organize and maintain the office filing system
9. Be in charge of Office Administration-related activities.
10. Assist in strategic planning and monitoring performance of the organization.
11. Coordinate with group companies, location offices & internal departments.
12. Process Development & Implementation.
13. Manage travel arrangements.
14. Analyze the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports.
15. Manage executives’ calendars and organize meetings/ events, etc.
16. Coordinate for recruitment activities
17. Control IT-related activities
18. Assist with finance activities when and if needed.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Business Administration/ English Literature)
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: From 3 - 5 years of experience as Admin / Office management.
・Knowledge of property management, finance, and admin management
・Experience as sales admin and sales support is preferred.
・Having car driving license
・Flexible to travel and short visit
