- Work Location: District 03, HCMC
<Job Responsibilities>
・Operation and monitoring of personnel evaluation at each location
・Explanation of how to do it, whether it is operated correctly, whether evaluation and compensation are linked, etc.
・Correspondence with Singapore corporation and HR consultants
・Hiring duties
・Work assigned by the manager
*Payroll calculation and other tasks are being handled by the current general affairs department, so there are no plans to assign them to this position
*This position will first work under the general affairs manager and begin by understanding the company.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English business level
・Experience: Have 5 years or more of working experience in creating and operating HR evaluation system at a company with more than 100 employees Or experience in operating evaluation as a HR consultant.
