- Work Location: Site Office in Quang Ngai
<Duties and Responsibilities>- Lead Generation/ Prospecting: + Plan a visit to selected customers and understand their requirements for local and imported products, spares & services, revamp & modernization, and new projects. An active approach with Customers determine the main issues of each plant during operation and maintenance.+ Monthly follow-up with customers on the list of topics and solutions.+ Communicate and collaborate with KAM and/or Regional Sales for each product;+ Update customers on product/process improvements.
- Initial Scoping/ Qualification: + Listen and collect information about production, quality, and maintenance issues.+ Build a strong relationship with technicians and the head of the technical department.+ Record of all requests using dedicated tools.+ Support to CoE/CoC for further information from the site, documentation, and meeting with the customer.+ Organize specific meetings with the customer and the company specialist where necessary. Promote Site survey and assessment.
- Key Account Management and Customer Relations: Conduct periodic visits to the site to build relationships, coordinate with the Local KAM, and the Regional Sales Manager for the right approach.
