<Job Description>
- Lead and manage the purchasing team
- Actively drive cost reduction initiatives
- Explore and develop new suppliers locally
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, engineering, finance)
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English Business level or Japanese Business level
・Experience:
- More than 2 years of team management experience.
- More than 4 years of experience in purchasing in any manufacturing industry.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in manufacturing or trading companies
- Knowledge of lighting components or electrical products is a plus
- Work experience in purchasing in a Japanese company
