<Position Objective/Expectation>
- This position will plan, develop, and manage business related to MT channels throughout Vietnam and work to expand the company's business.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve Modern Trade Channel Sales & Profit Target
- Build & Maintain relationships with directors of key accounts.
- Manage Key Account Customers with Director & Area Sales Manager & Key Account Sales Supervisor in Nationwide
- Manage and develop the distribution network by building good relationships with available distributors, negotiating and executing contracts with new ones, and proposing pricing policies according to customers, category groups
- Develop & manage monthly/quarterly, and yearly Customer plans in Nationwide
- Product Management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing)
- Organization & People Development (Manage PMP, KPI, Member's career path)
- Participate in developing reports and presentations to the management and stakeholders to understand the status of the channel's business activities, to offer solutions to develop channels in the short and long term
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Good at English
・Experience: At least 5 years of experience at the MT Sales Manager level in the FMCG field
・Have good knowledge of MT Sales Business, market analysis
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・ Knowledge about management and data analysis.
・ Have a strong market network
