<Job Responsibilities>・Define the project scope and prepare an initial implementation plan.・Evaluate the team's or partners' capacity to execute the project; guide and review execution plans to ensure alignment with objectives.・Coordinate effectively across internal departments to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.・Monitor the progress of the project; identify delays or issues early and coordinate with related parties to resolve them.・Support project completion on time, within budget, and with high quality.・Proactively report project progress to the Board of Directors through regular reports, meetings, and emails.・Manage external consultants: ensure effective communication and collaboration with the project team, and that information and deliverables are timely.・Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
