<Job Responsibilities>- Quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-check the tender quantities.- Preparation of BOQ in both English & Vietnamese.- Tender Preparation.- Evaluation quotations and estimates.- Keep abreast with the market material price.- General correspondence.- Searching subcontractors and suppliers- Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirement in terms of specifications and quality- Plan the related construction works and reports on progress- Prepare and maintain related project documentation- Be required to be a representative of the firm in meetings with clients, authorities and sub-contractors. As such, a sound understanding of Vietnamese Building Standards is also essential- Performs other related duties as assigned
