<Job Responsibilities>• Develop new businesses on assigned insurance classes/lines by approaching potential clients via proper channels.• Prepare offers, quotations, negotiate with clients, and win insurance contract• Follow up and manage the outstanding premiums of assigned accounts• Proceed with renewal business and cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets• Maintain client database and profile, respond to and support all clients' requests regarding the coverage of the insurance contract. retain/ increase renewal premium or new• Premium from renewal business• Initiate and maintain customer service activities to improve customer trust and loyalty• Cooperate with the relevant Department in risk surveys, risk management activities, and other services for clients• Other tasks as required.
