- Support coordination among company management and departments to establish and achieve the company's strategic objectives for the short term and long term.- Support the project's commercial aspects and well monitor production schedule and efficiency to the maximum.- Support in setting up the company strategy from commercial, financial, and technical aspects, and assist in creating sophisticated presentation materials for the Sponsors and Lenders.- Support to physically prepare and develop the company’s business plan for 5 years and 3 years, yearly and quarterly, following the manager/supervisor’s instructions- Collaborate with the site management team to thoroughly understand and consolidate site plans, support any special use permits, and forecast all required strategies, ensuring operational efficiency.- Understand the company's financial status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure 100% business continuity and supply risks throughout the whole supplier lifecycle.- Overview and well monitor any billing matters, and utilize resources for billing efficiency.- Support the Planning Officer and/or Planning Manager in the management of the related projects under the department and liaison with the relevant team/department.- Recommend an appropriate business requirements policy.- Maintain optimal level of performance within the required budget and ensure compliance with all required standards.- Effectively integrate internal and external resources, improve planning team organization, and a competitive advantage.- Support to manage all general planning issues for a department or project.- Prepare the daily report/bulletin point/ draft letter for internal/external review.- Submit reports and memoranda to the Partner.- Collaborate with entities during dispute resolution.- Closely coordinate with the Coal Logistic team, coal handling team, and Partner to build up a good annual plan for coal importing quantity and schedule to ensure the coal stock is enough for operation and provision, and avoid over-importing through the simulation- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis as required.
