This position involves site management for Japanese factories that are installing solar panels. The main mission is to coordinate between Japanese companies and local EPC companies.This position will be responsible for managing 2 main construction projects.
<Job Responsibilities>・Project Management - Manage the construction schedule. - Monitor and adjust progress to prevent delays.・Quality Control - Check that the construction is proceeding according to specifications. - Create and manage quality records.・Safety Management - Provide guidance and checks on safety measures.・External Coordination and Reporting - Participate in morning meetings with subcontracted EPC companies and share status updates. - Report progress to the reporting line. - Attend meetings with clients and provide status updates.
