<Job Summary>- The duties will be changed depending on candidates' experience.- Mainly be in charge of facility design for urban development in Japan (buildings, stations, infrastructure, etc.). *May be responsible for construction and design of Japanese projects in the future
<Job Responsibilities> - Create 3D MEP models from 2D drawings of HVAC and sanitary equipment.- Create MEP models based on equipment specifications and system diagrams.- Integrate MEP models with structural and architectural models and adjust clearances.- Propose and create reports on methods to avoid interference areas.- Create reports on areas where clearances cannot be met.- Create MEP models according to established rules.- Work as a team to advance projects under the guidance of the leader
