Our client is a foreign mattress company, now is looking for a Sales Manager based in Dong Nai, as detail:

  • Build up company’s brand name in domestic and overseas markets.
  • Bring to clients the best professional services
  • Develop a professional sales team.
  • Optimize company’s annual sales turnover and profit.
  • In charge of international sales, national projects and activities connected to showroom in Sala including Kymdan, a reputable American mattress brand outlet.
  • Determine new sales opportunities, set up business plans according to strategy and implement the plan for all products of the company and other brands
  • Find and hire talent candidates and manage personnel of Sales Department.
  • Train, lead and build technical selling skills for staffs.
  • Manage retail price for staff within parameters authorized and agreed upon by Board of Members and issued by Accounting Department.
  • In charge of contact with customers and resolving issues, if they happen.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least univerty graduated related furniture
  • Good command of spreaking and writting English,
  • Acquire sales working experience related to furniture, especially  furniture projects in domestic and international markets.
  • Good proficiency with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Internet, photocopier, and printer.
  • Acquire excellent communication, presentation and persuasion  skills
  • Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Enthusiastic, inquisitive, independently and able to work under high pressure
  • Represent teamwork spirit.
  • Strong critical  and analytical thinking skills
  • Male, 35-50 years of age, well-mannered.
  • Willing to travel overseas when business needs arise or assigned by directing superiors.
  • Ensure non-disclosure of company’s confidential business information.
  • Demonstrates high integrity and company loyalty
  • Be available all time ( through email, messages, phone), including outside of office hours 24/7.
